Haute Couture Meets Real Estate: ELIE SAAB Enters Indian Residential Market

M3M India and Smartworld Developers announced a partnership with ELIE SAAB, the global fashion and lifestyle brand, on January 14, 2026, for the development of Signature Residences by ELIE SAAB in Gurugram and Noida. This marks ELIE SAAB's first branded residential developments in India.

The partnership involves a combined investment of ₹3,500 crore across two ultra-luxury residential projects. The collaboration will see 300 high-end apartments in Gurugram and around 650 homes in Noida, catering to India's fast-growing appetite for globally branded, design-led residences.

Gurugram: Sector 111 in the Billionaire's Block

The Gurugram project comprises approximately 300 ultra-exclusive units, primarily 4-bedroom residences. The Elie Saab residencies in Gurugram will be situated within the Billionaire's Block and comprise 300 exclusive residences with four-bedroom layouts ranging from 4,200 to 4,650 square feet.

The project is located in Sector 111, along the Dwarka Expressway, within the exclusive Smart City Delhi Airport (SCDA) enclave. The investment for this project is around ₹2,000 crore with expected revenue potential up to ₹4,700 crore. Pricing starts from approximately ₹15 crore.

Key features include wrap-around decks, private Jacuzzis, 12-foot high ceilings, bespoke interiors inspired by Elie Saab's design language, one residence per core for maximum privacy, and premium Italian craftsmanship blended with contemporary luxury.

Noida: Sector 98 on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway

Smartworld Developers will build a six-acre project with a total investment of ₹1,500 crore and a developable area of 1.2 million square feet. The project will feature approximately 650 units, including about 200 larger luxury homes priced between ₹9 crore and ₹12.5 crore, and 450 serviced apartments with starting prices of nearly ₹3 crore.

The Noida project will have 200 branded residences in 3 and 4 BHK layouts ranging from 2,850 to 3,810 square feet, plus 480 apartments in 1 and 2 BHK layouts. The location features views of the scenic Golf Course on one side and the tranquil Yamuna River on the other.

Design and Interiors: Italian Craftsmanship and Couture Precision

Interiors and shared spaces feature bespoke furniture and décor pieces from the ELIE SAAB Maison collection, designed in creative collaboration between Elie Saab and Carlo Colombo, developed under license by Corporate Brand – A++ Group, and crafted in Italy.

Residents will have the privilege of working alongside the ELIE SAAB Maison team to configure and personalise their interiors, with dedicated access to the collection, bespoke consultation, and exclusive terms reserved for owners.

Lifestyle amenities across both projects are comprehensive: concierge services, wellness and spa facilities, swimming pools, fitness centres, residents' lounges and dedicated children's areas.

Timeline and Investment Scale

Both projects are scheduled for completion in 2030. Together, the projects will deliver nearly 950 luxury homes, addressing India's rapidly growing demand for globally branded, design-led residences.
