M3M India has brought its Smartworld Elie Saab Residences project in Sector 97, along the Noida Expressway, into the public domain with a UP-RERA registration under number UPRERAPRJ300532. The project is now listed as a new launch, and the registration gives prospective buyers a regulatory reference point for the development's residential component. The residential offering is part of SMARTWORLD ES, a mixed-use development that also includes serviced apartments and commercial space. The project was marketed from 24 December 2025, and the residential mix was announced on 13 January 2026 through a partnership between M3M India and Smartworld Developers.
