M3M India has committed Rs. 7,500 crore to new developments in Uttar Pradesh, including a Rs. 3,300 crore investment announced at the UP Global Investors Summit. M3M Lucknow represents the developer's formal entry into the Lucknow residential market, positioned in Gomti Nagar Extension, where property prices have increased by 81 per cent in the last five years (2020-2025).
