Haryana RERA has issued a public notice inviting objections regarding revision of building plans for M3M Residences by Elie Saab located at Sector 111 Gurugram. This announcement, published on the official HRERA portal, represents a standard regulatory procedure distinct from the project's initial RERA registration and the earlier joint venture announcements between M3M India and the Elie Saab brand.

The public notice process is part of Haryana's established regulatory framework. Seventy percent of buyer funds collected must be deposited in a designated escrow account and used only for that specific project's construction, with buyers able to verify project progress and approved plans on the HRERA portal.

Project Background and Registration

M3M Elie Saab Residences is a RERA-approved project with registration number GGM/992/724/2025/95, located in Sector 111, Gurugram, adjacent to Dwarka Expressway, offering excellent connectivity to IGI Airport, Delhi border, Cyber City, and upcoming metro corridors.

The project was launched in October 2025 and registered under RERA No.95 OF 2025. This project is a collaboration between M3M India and world-renowned designer Elie Saab.
