M3M India and ONE Atmosphere Introduce Branded Serviced Living to Gurugram
M3M India has partnered with global hospitality brand ONE Atmosphere, part of Atmosphere Core, to launch ONE Atmosphere Suites – Corner Walk, Gurugram, marking the brand's first development in India. Located in Sector 73/74, Gurugram, the project will feature 256 fully serviced luxury suites, with operations expected to begin in winter 2026.
A Hybrid Hospitality-Residential Model
The development is positioned as a premium serviced apartment concept combining residential-style living with professionally managed hospitality services and amenities. Targeted at business travellers, long-stay guests and project-based professionals, the format focuses on offering flexibility, space and operational efficiency while maintaining international hospitality standards.
The project will introduce Atmosphere Core's Maldives-origin hospitality approach to the Gurugram market. ONE Atmosphere Suites will be India's first offering of its kind, changing the way luxury serviced properties are perceived in India.
Amenities and Guest Experience
The Gurugram development will include a range of hospitality and lifestyle facilities designed to support both short-term and extended stays. Amenities will include a terrace-level club, an outdoor terrace pool and a social leisure deck. Dining facilities will feature a specialty café and patisserie alongside a signature restaurant offering all-day dining. The project will offer co-working spaces, conference rooms and banquet facilities. Wellness features will include a gymnasium and spa.
Strategic Expansion Across Multiple Markets
This launch marks the beginning of a larger strategic collaboration between M3M India and Atmosphere Core to develop premium serviced hospitality assets across key locations. The partnership will focus on expanding across Gurugram and Noida in its initial phase, with plans to scale the ONE Atmosphere brand across India and international markets including Cambodia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and United Arab Emirates. The brand has set a target of signing approximately 7,500 keys globally within the next five years.
