M3M opens pre-launch of Signature Residences by ELIE SAAB in Sector 111, Gurugram

M3M has opened pre-launch bookings for Signature Residences by ELIE SAAB, a branded residential project in Sector 111 on the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram. The development is a collaboration between M3M India and Lebanese fashion designer Elie Saab, whose design house curates the interiors and common-area furnishings. It is positioned as a low-density, couture-led address within the Smart City Delhi Airport (SCDA) township at the Delhi-Gurugram border.
The project is registered with HARERA under RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/992/724/2025/95, with the registration dated 16 October 2025 and possession expected by September 2032. The 3 BHK residences are planned at 3,500 to 3,700 sq ft, with pricing on request. The 4 BHK residences range from 4,200 to 4,650 sq ft and start at Rs 15 Cr onwards, with final pricing varying by floor and unit position.

Indira Gandhi International Airport Terminal 3 is roughly a 7 to 10 minute drive away, which suits frequent flyers and professionals who travel often. Cyber City and Udyog Vihar can be reached in about 15 to 20 minutes, while NH-8, Golf Course Road and the Southern Peripheral Road offer onward access to Gurugram's established commercial corridors.
